Lesley graduated from Fanshawe College in 2006 from the Dental Assisting Level I & II program. She worked in general practice for 6 years before going on her first maternity leave. Lesley decided to take a little break from assisting from 2012-2017 while her little family continued to grow.   "I couldn't have been happier to join the team at Stratford Orthodontics in March 2017. I am married with 3 beautiful girls. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, going out for dinner with friends, shopping and exercising"


jessicaJessica - Scheduling and Financial Coordinator - Stratford

Jessica has been in the customer service industry for over 10 years. She also had braces as a young teenager and knows how a great smile impacts your life. In her spare time, she enjoys drag racing, watching Disney movies, anything to do with animals, especially her dog, and spending time with family and friends.

Laura was inspired to pursue a career in orthodontics after experiencing first-hand the dramatic changes straight teeth have on everything from an improved bite to increased self-esteem. "Seeing those changes in our patients makes this such a rewarding career for me." Laura attended Fanshawe College for Pre-Health Sciences before completing the Level I and II Dental Assistants program at Medix school where she graduated with honours. Laura worked in general practice for a year before moving to Stratford in 2002, where she began her career in orthodontics. She has been working in the field ever since. Laura's role as Treatment Coordinator is to help guide our new patients along the way to their beautiful new smile. Laura can work with you to create a flexible payment plan so that orthodontics can fit comfortably into your family budget.

brenda.jpgBrenda – Clinical Hygienist - Stratford & Exeter

Brenda took Dental Assisting at Fanshawe College in 1977. After working as an assistant for 4 years, she then completed the Dental Hygiene program at Fanshawe College in 1982. Since then Brenda has enjoyed a career in both orthodontics and general practice. Brenda has been part of our team at Stratford Orthodontics since 2004. Brenda loves being a wife and a mom. Her passions include her family and friends as well as her faith. She enjoys reading, skiing and time spent at the lake.

Tricia went to George Brown College for Dental Assisting and completed the Dental Hygiene program at Fanshawe College in London. Tricia is married and has two boys. When she is not working, her favourite thing to do is travel with her family to Disney World.

Jayda graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries in 2013. Having had braces herself as a teen, she knows first-hand how your smile impacts your life. In her free time she enjoys travelling, spending time with family/friends and anything to do with animals, especially bunnies!

Rachel joins our team after previously being a patient at our office. She was inspired from a young age to pursue a career in orthodontics so that she could help transform smiles and create a functional oral environment for others in the same way that we transformed hers. She joins our team in June 2017 after graduating from Georgian College in 2016. In her spare time, she enjoys doing yoga, cooking, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.

jody.jpgJody – Clinical Hygienist - Exeter

Jody joined us in October 2012, and although she is our newest team member, she comes to us with 10 years of dental assisting experience, prior to her graduating from the Niagara College Dental Hygiene program in 2005. She has been working three days a week in clinical practice and has welcomed the opportunity to broaden her dental knowledge with us at Stratford Orthodontics Exeter office. Jody is an active member in the community and spends her quality time with her two passions: her family and her love of sports.

leslie.jpgLeslie – Invisalign/Lab Manager and Assistant - Stratford

Leslie attended Ontario Business College and completed her CDA Level I in 1998. In 2002, Leslie attended Career Canada College and completed her CDA Level II. She is an active member of the Ontario Dental Assistants Association. Leslie worked in a general practice for 9 years before spending the past three years as a receptionist in an oral surgery office. She joined Stratford Orthodontics in November 2010 and is enjoying every moment of it. Leslie is married and has three young girls. When not at work, she loves spending time with her husband and children.


Nikki – Records Technician & Assistant - Stratford & Exeter

Nikki studied dental assisting at Medix College London campus.  She graduated in 2013 completing her CDA II.  Nikki has worked in general dental practices but her dream was to have a career in orthodontics.  She loves to see the changes and the smiles on her patients' faces.  Nikki has two boys of her own as well as two step sons.  In her spare time she enjoys playing baseball, and spending time with her family & friends.

Lisa-Sep2017Lisa – Clinical Assistant - Stratford & Exeter

Lisa graduated from St. Clair College as a level II dental assistant in 1999. Since then she has enjoyed working in general dentistry, and taking a few years off to have her 3 children. She is excited at the opportunity to join the Stratford Orthodontics team in order to broaden her skills and knowledge. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys playing ball hockey and spending time with her family.


Janice – Clinical Assistant - Exeter

Janice is a level II dental assistant who began her career assisting Dr. Redigonda and Dr. Anderson in general dentistry for a number of years.  Their paths changed directions as both Doctors left general dentistry to continue their education to become Orthodontists.  Janice moved on to work in a Prosthodontic office  in London for 12 years.  Making the decision to retire, she was pleased when she was invited to join the Stratford Orthodontics team on a part time basis and work in the Exeter office.  She is happy to be working once again with these two wonderful Doctors and their team.  When not assisting, she is busy teaching yoga.  Janice loves to garden and golf in the summer and during the winter you’ll find her in her stain glass room.

MikaylaMikayla - Sterilization Technician & Assistant - Stratford and Exeter

Mikayla graduated in September 2017 as a CDA level ll. Mikayla always had a passion for othodontics since she was a patient at our orthodontic practice. She loves the satisfaction that comes from helping other people become more confident with their smile. She loves learning from her team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends & during the winter she likes to snowboard. Mikayla absolutely loves dogs!
